The price of airport services and ground handling services is calculated based on the maximum takeoff weight (M.T.O.W.) of the aircraft as certified in the aviation documents. If these documents are not provided, the highest known M.T.O.W. for that type of aircraft will be charged. Refunds for price differences are not possible. Any fraction of a ton is counted as a whole ton.
